Effective Date: March 27, 2026
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website or engaging in any services. By accessing this website, making a purchase, or entering into a coaching relationship with Bex and All, LLC dba Creative Compass ("Creative Compass"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or its services.
1. Definitions
To ensure clarity throughout this document, the following terms are used as defined below:
• "Coach" refers to the trained professional providing coaching services through this website on behalf of Creative Compass. The Coach has completed coach-specific training through ACA Coach Academies (acacoachacademies.org), an ICF-accredited coach training program, and operates in accordance with the ICF definition of coaching and its ethical standards. The Coach does not currently hold an ICF credential or certification.
• "Client" refers to the individual who engages in a coaching relationship with the Coach, also referred to in ICF standards as the "Coachee."
• "Coaching" means a partnering relationship with Clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential, as defined by the ICF.
• "Coaching Agreement" refers to the written or verbal agreement between Coach and Client that defines the terms, expectations, and goals of the coaching engagement.
• "Session" refers to a single scheduled coaching interaction between Coach and Client, conducted via video, phone, or other agreed-upon format.
• "Website" refers to the Creative Compass Squarespace-hosted site and all of its pages and connected services.
• "Services" refers to all coaching sessions, programs, digital products, and communications offered through this website.
2. Nature of Coaching Services
Coaching is a distinct service separate from therapy, counseling, consulting, mentoring, or advice-giving. In alignment with the ICF Code of Ethics:
• The Coach honors the Client as the expert in their own life and work, and believes every Client is creative, resourceful, and whole.
• Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health condition, medical condition, or psychological disorder.
• If the Client presents with needs that fall outside the scope of coaching — such as a need for mental health treatment — the Coach may refer the Client to an appropriate professional resource.
• Coaching outcomes are not guaranteed. Progress depends on the Client's own commitment, effort, and engagement in the coaching process.
Nothing in any coaching session, communication, or material on this website constitutes legal, medical, financial, or therapeutic advice.
3. Commitment to ICF-Aligned Ethical Standards
Although the Coach does not hold an ICF credential, Creative Compass coaching services are grounded in the values, ethics, and competencies taught through ACA Coach Academies — an ICF-accredited coach training program. The Coach is committed to upholding those principles in every client interaction. This means:
• The Coach maintains strict confidentiality in all coaching relationships, subject only to the exceptions noted in Section 7 below.
• The Coach will not enter into a coaching relationship where a conflict of interest exists, or will disclose and manage any such conflict transparently if it arises.
• The Coach respects the Client's right to terminate the coaching relationship at any time.
• The Coach maintains professional boundaries and will not misrepresent training, experience, credentials, or the potential outcomes of coaching.
• The Coach commits to ongoing professional development in alignment with ICF principles and standards.
Clients with questions about the Coach's training background are welcome to ask directly, or may visit acacoachacademies.org to learn more about the ICF-accredited program through which the Coach was trained.
4. Coaching Agreement and Engagement
Before beginning a coaching engagement, the Coach and Client will establish a Coaching Agreement that outlines:
• The goals and intended outcomes of the coaching engagement.
• The structure, frequency, and format of Sessions.
• Roles and responsibilities of both Coach and Client.
• Confidentiality expectations and any applicable limits.
• Fees, payment schedule, and cancellation terms.
The Coaching Agreement, together with these Terms and Conditions, constitutes the full agreement between the parties. In the event of any conflict between the Coaching Agreement and these Terms, the Coaching Agreement will take precedence.
Clients are encouraged to ask questions before signing any agreement. Entering into a coaching engagement is a voluntary choice, and Clients retain the right to withdraw at any time in accordance with the cancellation policy below.
5. Purchases and Payment
All purchases made through this website are subject to the following terms:
• Payment is processed securely through a third-party payment processor. By completing a purchase, you agree to that platform's terms of service as well as these Terms.
• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.
• Full payment is due at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been expressly agreed upon in writing in the Coaching Agreement.
• Payment plans, where offered, must be fulfilled in their entirety regardless of whether the Client chooses to discontinue services prior to completion.
• Receipts and payment confirmations will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
6. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
The Coach's time is reserved specifically for each Client. The following policies apply:
• Session cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited without refund.
• The Coach reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a Session due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the Session will be rescheduled at no additional cost to the Client.
• Partial refunds for coaching packages or programs are considered on a case-by-case basis. Completed sessions within a package are non-refundable.
• All digital products and downloadable resources are non-refundable. All sales of digital products are final at the time of purchase, regardless of whether the product has been accessed or downloaded.
• If you believe an error has been made in billing, please contact us within 30 days of the charge to request a review.
7. Onsite Workshops, Art Supplies, and Participant Responsibility
Creative Compass may offer in-person or onsite workshop experiences that involve the use of art supplies and creative materials. By registering for or attending any such event, participants agree to the following:
• Participants are responsible for their own safety and conduct throughout any onsite workshop or event. Creative Compass provides a creative environment and facilitation; it does not provide medical supervision or safety monitoring.
• Art supplies and materials provided during workshops — including but not limited to paints, adhesives, scissors, and other tools — are to be used appropriately and at the participant's own risk. Participants are responsible for using all materials in a safe and responsible manner.
• Participants with known allergies, sensitivities, or physical limitations related to art materials or workshop activities are responsible for disclosing these prior to the event and for taking any necessary precautions.
• Creative Compass is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, allergic reactions, or damages — to persons or property — that occur during or as a result of participation in any onsite workshop or event, whether caused by the use of art supplies, the workshop environment, or any other circumstance.
• Participants are responsible for any damage they cause to the venue, materials, or property of others during a workshop.
• Creative Compass reserves the right to ask any participant to leave an event if their behavior poses a risk to themselves or others, without refund.
By registering for a workshop or onsite event, participants acknowledge and accept these terms and agree that Creative Compass, its owners, coaches, and representatives shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from their participation.
8. Confidentiality
Confidentiality is a cornerstone of the coaching relationship. In accordance with the ICF Code of Ethics, the Coach will hold all information shared by the Client in strict confidence, with the following exceptions:
• Disclosure is required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.
• The Client presents a risk of serious harm to themselves or others.
• The Client has provided explicit written consent for specific information to be shared.
Clients should be aware that communications conducted through third-party platforms — including email, video conferencing, and messaging tools — are subject to those platforms' own privacy and security practices. The Coach is not responsible for the security of information transmitted through third-party services.
These confidentiality obligations survive the termination of the coaching relationship.

The Coach will not engage in coaching via text message, social media direct message, or other informal channels unless expressly agreed upon in the Coaching Agreement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• The Coach is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or participation in coaching services.
• The Coach's total liability for any claim arising from a coaching engagement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific services in question.
• The Coach makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the outcomes of coaching or the accuracy of any content on this website.
Coaching involves personal growth work that may bring up challenging emotions or insights. The Client accepts responsibility for their own well-being and choices throughout and after the coaching engagement.
12. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate a coaching engagement at any time. The following applies upon termination:
• The Client remains responsible for payment of any sessions already completed or packages already commenced, in accordance with the payment terms above.
• The Coach may terminate a coaching relationship if the Client's needs fall outside the scope of coaching, if ethical obligations require it, or if the Client violates these Terms.
• Confidentiality obligations continue beyond the end of the coaching relationship.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
